Joe Peterson  sought out good elmers who have been in ham radio for many years. The benefits of this  are apparent in that Joe has made excellent, exceptional choices in equipment & location, for repeater applications and for his own station. Joe's technical skills include wireless internet on a commercial scale, and a common sense approach to problem solving and trouble shooting that is rare.
